Trainings are tailor-made according to group request. In a thorough briefing with representatives of the organisations and our staff, the particular training needs of the group are determined and individual training sessions are designed. The HSF trainings feature hands-on worksheets and elaborate take-aways with a strong focus on implementing the acquired skills and practices. We also offer training series, follow-ups and facilitate exchange sessions.
