The Hanns Seidel Foundation has been supporting the CHANGE’s training programmes since 2004. CHANGE has the goals to uplift Namibian communities and contribute to the economic and social development.

The organisation provides training to ex-offenders as well as other members of the communities like the unemployed youth to find employment for an acceptable standard of living.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the director of CHANGE, Mrs. Michaela Hübschle called upon graduates to use the skills they gained from the training, for the development of their professional careers and the transformation of Namibia into a prosperous society, in which all Namibians can enjoy decent living standards.
