HSF conducts training workshops with youth in Otjiwarongo

The three day training workshops was an effort towards youth empowerment on relevant subjects such as organisational skills and leadership. The training took place in Otjiwarongo from the 13th until the 16th of July 2015 with a youth group called 4H Namibia.

There is a dire need for capacity building interventions amongst the Namibian youth. Upon their request the Hanns Seidel Foundation attempted to bridge the gap by providing training to the 4H Namibia Youth Group; an organization established to develop entrepreneurial skills amongst Namibian youth. The HSF was able to successfully train over 25 participants from the youth group in organisational skills and leadership. Ricardo Classen, the National Director of the group expressed his gratitude to the HSF for assisting towards capacitating Namibian youth as well as appealed for future cooperation.
